:better backsides:

How simply humbling it can be when you bend over to pick up your golf ball during that first couple of practice putts and you become acutely aware of how the long cozy winter you spent loafing around has done nothing for your backside.

Quick & easy tip for those "real" golfers who don't really exercise, you know the kind, well - Go toward the light! John Daly, I'm talking to you! This year, shave a few strokes off your score as a new lean mean golfing machine!

The secret to getting better is what all pro golfers are doing right now - exercising. But start small, if you try to take on Tiger's regimen right away you'll burn out. Ten minutes on the treadmill and walk for all I care - but only for the first week. Then kick it up a notch. Set that treadmill for the steep incline and come summer we'll see who'll have the last laugh when you don't tumble back into the sandtrap!

And mix it up! You don't use one club an entire round, so why would you only do one exercies? Add some spice to your exercises and keep things interesting.

Exercise is like golf, if you think about it too much, you'll never do yourself any good.
